Working on behalf of local drug and alcohol services, it is designed to improve access, choice and flexibility while ensuring people remain connected to their local service and wider treatment pathway.

As Digital Engagement Head of Service, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our National Digital Engagement Service, ensuring it continues to evolve, innovate and deliver meaningful impact across Change Grow Live.

Working at the intersection of strategy, innovation and service delivery, you'll lead the development of a sustainable national operating model, ensuring digital engagement is embedded across services and aligned to organisational priorities.

You'll work in close partnership with senior leaders, commissioners, operational colleagues and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, supporting service excellence and helping shape the future of digital engagement across the organisation.
