Would you like to work in an established Via service making a difference in the community and help people to achieve sustained recovery?

You will be responsible for supporting the wider leadership team within Greenwich and further develop the current Criminal Justice System (CJS) pathways.

Key focuses will be on prison releases to community treatment and improving partnership working with Mental Health and Learning difficulty / Disability services. You will be an important part of the management team, and this is a significant opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives on achieving results.

You’ll be based within the core service, working closely alongside the Harm Reduction Senior Practitioner, increasing capacity within the service.  This role carries a caseload of CJS complex cases thereby further increasing capacity for those with complex needs to engage and remain engaged in treatment.

The successful applicant will line manage a team delivering Outreach and Criminal Justice interventions.
