Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

As a Colligate Recovery Coordinator, working in Leeds universities, you will introduce the concept of recovery and build a recovery community within these establishments.

You will provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to substance misusers (drug and alcohol) across all stages of individuals’ recovery journeys, from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.

The role will include some lone working and over several sights, but will be strongly connected with 5 Ways Recovery Academy.
