Description

Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

Are you looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference to the children and young adults in our city?

If so, we invite you to consider the role of Children and Young Adults Recovery Coordinator within our well established, friendly Children and Young Adults (CAYA) team.

Working in partnership with children and young people, families and a wide range of stakeholders that includes schools, children’s services, youth justice and other children and young people’s support services is an essential element of the service.
We have an opportunity for 1 full time role to join the integrated service team.

Based in the service’s city centre location and working across a wide range of community venues, we’re looking for people who thrive as part of a team to provide high quality care, treatment and access to opportunities for children and young people across Newcastle.

These are diverse roles that range from working with children through to supporting young adults during transition to adult services.
