As the Apprenticeships and Accredited Learning Manager, you will develop and implement a forward-thinking strategy that maximises the impact of our apprenticeship levy and accredited learning initiatives.

Leading a passionate team, you will ensure high-quality, inclusive learning experiences are embedded into our organisational development plans, supporting career pathways from entry-level through to leadership.

Your expertise will shape the future of workforce development at CGL — from forging strategic partnerships with accredited providers, to enhancing the quality and reach of our learning programmes.

You will be a champion for innovation and inclusion, ensuring that learning is accessible and meaningful for all colleagues, volunteers, and partners.

Location: Flexible across the UK with hybrid working and regular meetings in London and other sites.
