Is there a unique contribution voluntary, community, social enterprise and faith (VCSEF) organisations can make in the delivery of public services or is it just delivery on the cheap? How do integrated care systems need to work differently in order to make the most of the VCSEF sector? How does the VCSEF sector need to change to make the most of future opportunities under the new Labour government?
