The team from Horizon Blackpool Delphi Medical is the lead provider of the Integrated Substance Misuse Service that sits within the Horizon offer in Blackpool. This latest report means that every one of their 5 service locations is now rated as ‘Good’ or higher. The CQC reports look at areas such as safety, leadership, level of care, effectiveness, and governance.
