You’ll hear first hand what it’s like to work with us from colleagues and service managers across our teams, learning more about their career paths and their experiences of working for With You.
We’ll share examples of the different development opportunities and career pathways we have for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Psychological Therapists (Counsellors), Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, operational roles and people wanting to enter the IAPT workforce through trainee roles.

3:00pm – 5:00pmDrug overdoses continue to impact different countries in the world particularly in North America and Scotland. Scotland has the most severe Drug-Related Deaths (DRD) problem in Europe, almost four times that of other countries. Innovative solutions are required to support people at risk of harm. Digital technology such as smartphone application, wearable or sensors, could help to identify and prevent overdose. This seminar will present international innovation studies on different digital solutions with speakers from across the globe as well as Scotland.

Friday 17 MarchThis conference focuses on practical approaches to improving early intervention, treatment and recovery for people with psychosis. Through national update sessions, presentations from people with lived experience, practical case studies and extended expert sessions the conference will update delegates on best practice and evidence with regard to the management of psychosis. The conference is timely following the increase in referrals and symptoms of psychosis seen during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The conference will also cover improving the physical health of people with psychosis.

London EC3N 2LB (and online)In September 2022 the government set out their plans to address rough sleeping, publishing their cross-government strategy – Ending rough sleeping for good. As a cost of living crisis takes hold, effective and proactive approaches are needed to ensure we don’t move further away from achieving this goal.
Looking at what can be done at the stages of prevention, intervention and recovery, as well as the need for a whole system approach, we will hear from speakers from across the homelessness and related sectors.
A range of keynote speeches, panel discussions and breakout workshops will cover key issues in the rough sleeping sphere.
