We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Young Persons Team Leader to join our Walsall service. You will lead the delivery of services that empower Children, Young People, and their Families across Walsall to overcome issues around substance misuse.

You will guide, support and manage the front-line provision of substance misuse services in the county – ensuring effective and engaging delivery to young people, professionals and family members as its required.

You will support the team in the continual development and improvement of service delivery.  You will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with partners both internally within the service and externally within a wider partnership.

You will be expected to take responsibility for personal development and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.
