Description
Working to our Operational Manager you will be creating exciting lesson plans, timetables and resources, as well as engaging, teaching and asessing learners on the Multiply programme.
You will be expected to engage, enthuse and teach to a high standard and also increase the motivation and confidence of learners in numeracy skills. We will expect you to also embed information, advice and guidance into your teaching sessions. You will need to be able to use One File (e portfolio), Skills Forward (Maths/English asessment), Kudos (Careers Advice portal).
For the initial programmes in Margate we are looking for Tutor(s) to deliver fun, engaging and informative workshops to get learners ready for Multiply. These workshops will be non accredited and help to get the learners for more in depth numeracy support programmes funded through Multiply.
