As a Substance Misuse Nurse, working with Change Grow Live in Walsall you’ll be joining an experienced Clinical team of Substance Misuse Nurses and Prescribers, Speciality Doctor, Consultant Psychiatrists.

We are a large, supportive service with a wide range of other Specialist roles including Assertive Outreach, Family and Mental Health.
