Passionate about people, you’ll enjoy the opportunity and support to enhance your own life and career too, as you gain the experience and training you need to progress in your career within a social enterprise.
So if you’re ambitious and ready for a fresh challenge with a sector leader then this could be the opportunity for you.
As Peer Mentor & Volunteer Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting our volunteers and peer mentors.
That means you’ll be involved in everything from developing appropriate protocols and implementing supervising structures, to designing and delivering training modules and providing on-the-job support and professional guidance.
Beyond this, you’ll also keep a close eye on volunteer case work and help to develop and deliver our Peer Mentoring Programme and service user involvement program too.
By working closely with healthcare professionals such as GPs and social services, your dedication will make a better future.
