Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

Within the role of outreach worker, the successful applicant would be expected to engage with individuals affected by substance misuse in community settings, with the goal of reducing harm and facilitating access to treatment and support.

The role involves building trusting relationships with service members who may be disengaged from services, including but not limited to rough sleepers, those in temporary accommodation, or individuals involved with the criminal justice system.
