As the Delphi Operational Data Lead you will provide support in developing specialist and comprehensive information to meet the needs of the business for the purpose of service delivery, monitoring performance and contract management.

The Operational Data Lead will support effective case management systems and the gathering of data via approved systems.

Customer insight and business intelligence are key aspects of this role, providing historical and predictive trend analysis information to support effective decision making and business planning.

You will work across our services involving travel to a range of settings across Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool, Burnley and Manchester.
