We’re looking for a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Burnley.

Every day, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the group to design and deliver learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive and impactful. You’ll help identify performance gaps, create innovative solutions, and ensure learning is embedded in everyday work. From digital content creation to in-person facilitation, you’ll use your creativity and expertise to make learning meaningful.
