Are you a strategic and innovative leader passionate about shaping workforce development and driving organisational learning? As Head of Learning Delivery and Curriculum Development, you will lead the design and implementation of a dynamic, inclusive learning and development framework that empowers all levels of the organisation.

You will spearhead the creation of blended learning curriculum's aligned with recognised capability frameworks, integrating face-to-face, virtual, digital, and experiential learning to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

This pivotal role involves leading apprenticeship and accredited learning initiatives, managing partnerships with external providers, and overseeing the development of a cutting-edge digital learning strategy.

You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, embedding innovative learning methodologies and ensuring that every individual within CGL has access to meaningful, accessible, and inspiring professional development opportunities.

Location: Flexible across the UK with hybrid working and regular meetings in London and other sites.
