We’re looking for a values-led Group Talent & Development Manager to lead our passionate team and shape how learning happens across Calico.

This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll manage a talented team of specialists and work closely with senior leaders across the Group to build the skills, behaviours, and culture we need to deliver our ambitions, now and into the future.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our Corporate Plan for 2026–2029, ensuring learning and talent are central to how we grow, adapt, and improve services for our customers. From leadership development and succession planning to digital learning transformation, you’ll lead the way in creating practical, inclusive solutions that help people do their best work.

You’ll also oversee our learning infrastructure, making sure our systems are accessible, our programmes are outcome-focused, and our data tells a clear story about impact.

Whether it’s supporting safer services, improving customer experience, or helping colleagues take their next step, you’ll be at the heart of how we build capability and culture across Calico.
