Rise Up Sefton are a specialist service supporting anyone under 25 who is concerned about their own or somebody else’s drug or alcohol use.

As a Young Person's Early Intervention Coordinator, you’ll play a key role within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering tailored interventions that put young people at the centre. You’ll empower them to reduce risk, build resilience, and lead safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
