We are looking for a high calibre, passionate, caring individuals who are excellent team players and are committed to providing high quality, trauma informed services for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
As a Domestic Abuse Support Practitioner (Children and Young People) within SafeNet community team, your role will form supportive working relationships with children and young people, and their parents who are living with the effects of Domestic Abuse and Violence.
The role will provide a high quality and pro-active front line service to victims of domestic abuse helping to keep them safe. The role involves assessing risk, completing safety and support planning, and ensuring the service offer is accessible and inclusive to all.
