We're looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our residential service based in Croydon.

You will support the Service Manager to provide leadership and line management to a team of Recovery Workers, Engagement Workers, and other frontline care and support staff.

You will be present to ensure a quality service is delivered 24 hours a day, working closely with the night teams to ensure quality handovers.

You will provide general leadership to the team so they feel empowered to be productive and perform well within their roles, supporting a service which focuses on Forensic Mental Health for 27 people across 4 sites in Croydon.

The teams support our residents with person centred support to empower them to overcome their personal barriers with their mental health, and have greater independence and fulfilled living.
