We’re looking for a warm, driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Lewisham team as Deputy Service Manager (DSM).

This role offers an opportunity to support and grow a trauma-informed, inclusive service for people with mental health and complex needs.

You’ll work within our Integrated Community Rehabilitation Service, supporting residents who’ve been discharged from acute mental health wards starting structured rehabilitation support for 9 months in the community.

The service has two community rehab services which offer 24‑hour support ensuring compassionate, around‑the‑clock care. As a DSM, you’ll line manage around 8 staff per site and will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to collaborate with probation, job centres, mental health teams and other community partners.
