Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team, to work in the North Yorkshire area as a Peer Support Apprentice.

The role will support vulnerable individuals whose lives have been affected by mental health, substance misuse or a learning disability, whilst studying towards a recognised qualification to then hopefully further you career prospects!   .

Working hours: 30 hours per week with one study day included.
Location: Any site within the North Yorkshire area, dependent on candidate preference.
