We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Criminal Justice Recovery Navigator to join our team, working with individuals within the criminal justice system to increase the level of engagement with treatment and recovery by delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

In this role, you will engage with service users across Nortumberland, facilitating harm reduction initiatives, promoting visible recovery, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

You will take a special interest in those that are more difficult to engage and quite often end up stuck in the criminal justice system, in and out of different criminal justice agencies.

Your work will focus on reducing drug and alcohol-related harm, building recovery capital, and ensuring continuity of care through scheduled appointments and partnership working.
