As a Connecting Communities Case Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people in custody, who use our services, to prepare for transition back into the community.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of substance misuse issues, looking to take the next step in their career with a charity that will support your continued personal and professional development.  

We have one role based across 3 prison sites, HMP Elmley, HMP Swaleside & HMP Standford Hill. The second role is based across 4 prison sites, HMP Rochester, HMP Cookham Wood, HMP Maidstone & HMP East Sutton Park.
