Part of The Calico Group, Gateway Homeless Prevention Services we provide supported housing to those at risk of homelessness or homeless and experience multiple complex needs. Our 23 roomed facility including 5 self-contained flats supporting up to 28 residents in a welcoming and stable environment with a range of support needs in the hopes to bring about positive lifestyle changes.
A Complex Needs Assistant Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and supporting projects related to individuals with complex needs.
To be effective in this role, several essential skills are required:
- Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and keep track of deadlines.
- Time management: Efficient in managing time, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Resource allocation: Ability to allocate resources (staff, budget, etc.) effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
