This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to join a dynamic community substance misuse service in Blackpool.

You will manage the clinical teams across our alcohol and drug services, working collaboratively with the Service Manager, Clinical Lead and other senior colleagues to develop the clinical service offer.

You will be part of a friendly and inclusive team, working with clients with a range of complex needs so you will need resilience, warmth and empathy.
