Join Insight Lewisham, part of the Waythrough group and one of the top YP services in London, as a Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner and be at the forefront of delivering meaningful, trauma-informed support to young people affected by substance misuse.

As part of a passionate, community-based team, you'll be out and about across Lewisham—working face-to-face with young people, families, and professionals in schools, family hubs, supported housing, and community spaces.

Your day-to-day might include:

• 1:1 psychosocial sessions with young people and/or their parents/carers
• Group work, assemblies, and creative outreach in schools and colleges
• Leading or co-delivering workshops, webinars, and awareness events
• Supporting young people to improve their mental health, physical wellbeing, and resilience

As part of your role, you’ll help shape and manage our digital engagement across Instagram and TikTok.
