We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join us as a Capital Card Officer in our Central Services team and help deliver our innovative reward programme for people who use our services - the Capital Card®. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small, supportive team that works across all Via services.

As a Capital Card Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the programme. You’ll work closely with services to ensure the Capital Card is embedded, accessible, and making a positive impact for those who use our service.

You’ll help build relationships with our network of spend partners, support with marketing and promotion, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same - you’ll be supporting services, attending events, managing accounts, and contributing to the ongoing development of the Capital Card offer.

The role is part of Via’s Central Services team and offers flexible, hybrid working. Some travel to Via services and external partners will be required, due to some services geographical location, a driving licence would be essential.
