SDF Webinar – Reducing Injecting Harmsa National Wound Care Guide for ScotlandSDF Webinar – Reducing Injecting Harmsa National Wound Care Guide for Scotland Friday 4 February 2022 A new guide, published by SDF, supports the identification of risk behaviours and of harms and recommends any actions that should be taken including advice on injecting practice. This new Scottish resource will be welcomed by frontline staff concerned about the potential consequences of injecting injuries and infections for the people with whom they work. The authors of the guide will present on its development and content, and there will be presentations on the range of wound care support available in Scotland and the role of community pharmacy – why is this highlighted and others in assessing and reducing injecting risk. |
