An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic and innovative Young Person’s, Hidden Harm and Concerned Others Service - Branching Out within Tameside as a Young Person's Resilience Worker.
Branching Out is a specialist service supporting young people primarily aged 25 and under in relation to substance use and also supports children, families and concerned others who are impacted by someone else’s substance misuse.
As a Young Person's Resilience Worker you’ll work as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering a range of interventions, utilising a young person-centred approach, empowering them to reduce risk, increase resilience and lead a safe, happy and healthy life.
