Young Persons Practitioner

Would you like to join us in supporting Young People affected by drug and alcohol issues to improve their health and wellbeing?

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Practitioner to work within the Young Person’s Service, WDP: The Edge in West Berkshire.  The post is predominantly based in Newbury, but some travel across the County will be required.

This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within the Young Person’s element of an over-arching County-wide Integrated Substance Misuse Service.
