Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Facilitator to join our Talent Development team which is part of the wider People and Culture Team at SIG!

You will oversee our specialised training programmes for our staff, residents, participants, and external partiies.

You will support in identifying training needs, creating training materials, and delivering training programmes in a variety of settings including face to face, virtual, and a mix!

Some of the courses that you may deliver can include: De-Escalation, Conflict Management, Team Building, Grief and Bereavement, Housing/Independent Living, Employability, Confidence and Self Esteem, and Resilience. Ideally you would have previously attended one of these trainings or been involved in the management and delivery of this. You will support in the full scale activities from research, to curriculum building, to delivery.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience and great knowledge of what staff in a care setting need to be successful, and what residents and participants in a care setting need.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with regular travel to services and our central office (Minimum 2 visits per week), WFH on remaining days.

Please note this is a 3 month fixed term contract.
