We have a new exciting role at HMP Bullingdon working alongside our existing Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) team to deliver Employability Training to learners in prison.
The training will based on our existing NCFE qualifications we have in place and adapted for learners in prison.
Working to our Operational Manager you will be creating exciting lesson plans, timetables and resources, as well as teaching and assessing learners on our Entry Level 3, Level 1 and 2 Employability qualifications. You will be expected to teach to a high standard and also enthuse the learners about Employability Skills. We will expect you to also embed Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours into your teaching sessions. You will need to be able to use One File (e portfolio), Skills Forward (Maths/English assessment), Kudos (Careers Advice portal).
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, go getting and a very practical individual who is committed to delivering high quality training. You must be committed to progressing learners into good quality employment that will help them succeed in their lives. We want people who genuinely care about the people they are supporting and not just going through the motions.
You must teach to a high standard that is also aligned to Ofsted EIF Good/Outstanding judgement (Quality of Education).
