Description
You will be delivering the Forward Trust’s Substance Dependency Treatment Programme (SDTP) which uses the 12 Step Approach in a prison based setting.
The role is based at HMP Brixton and you will responsible for contributing to the success of the programme and supporting service users to make transformational change.
The role will require you to oversee the day to day delivery of the structured programme. As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for working closely with the Team Leaders to ensure the programme is being delivered in an effective manner, whilst providing supervision, training and guidance to members of the team.
