We have a team leader role available in our Via Kingston Service.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join the Service working with a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.

As part of the leadership team, you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellent services.

You will lead on the rough sleeper’s provision, coordinate a team of recovery practitioners, to work in partnership with other stakeholders and to co-lead with the development and maintenance of high quality service provision.  In addition to this, you will be expected to take a lead in specific designated areas of the service which includes deputising for any other manager when required.

As a member of our Kingston leadership team this role promises to offer new challenges and opportunities within a supportive local and national context. This is a Via contract in the Borough of Kingston enabling you to be part of introducing our unique and award-winning innovations as we implement and develop our provision.
