Team Leader Kingston upon Hull

CGL Hull ReNew is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of Recovery Workers as a part of the early interventions team.

You will be responsible for the line management of staff holding caseloads of complex needs clients as well as providing the service with duty manager support. You will be a key player in the ongoing improvement and development of our pathways, liaising with Internal pathways and external partners.

As well as supporting staff you will be responsible for your team’s performance and will work with the senior management team to increase successful outcome for service users.
