The Forward Trust's Employment Services Directorate is a fast growing Matrix Standard accredited, vocational training, skills, apprenticeships and employability provider.
We are delivering Adult Education Budget contracts and other exciting skills and employability services for the unemployed in London and Kent. We are looking for an enthusiastic, go getting, hard working Team Leader to support our Operational Manager in London/Kent.
You will be driving the referrals, performance and progressions on the contracts and supporting the Operational Manager to co-odinate and support the Team of Trainers(AEB and Apprenticeships), Employment Coaches and Account Manages. We want someone who is very visible to their team, referral partners, employers and can multi task very effectively.
We want people who can deliver what they promise. You need to be the right hand person of our experienced Operational Manager. You will work colloratively with our Quality and Compliance Team.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and go getting individual who is operationally, performance and sales focused. The role will involve driving referrals, performance management, compliance and quality assurance. We want someone who can motivate and challenge our teams.
