An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to work within our high performing and innovative service in the borough of Camden.
The Integrated Camden Alcohol Service is provided by CGL and Camden & Islington Foundation trust.
The post holder will be expected to be able to provide data for internal and external parties, in particular liaising with the project manager, local data analyst, with an emphasis on measuring high performance. You will be main port of call for data relating matters, as well as being able to undertake regular ad hoc requests from project manager.
The Team Leader will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, leading to create an environment which fosters hope, empowerment and opportunities, supporting service users to reach their full potential. They will hold line-management responsibility for a team of Recovery Coordinators and as part of the management team lead on operational delivery of the service.
The successful candidate will have solid experience of working in the substance misuse field, excellent leadership and communication skills, experience of line managing staff and demonstrable experience in effective partnership working.
