Brighton and Hove Recovery Service is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team leader to manage a large team of recovery coordinators in our Alcohol and Non Opiate Team.
You will be responsible for the line management of staff holding caseloads of complex needs clients as well as providing the service with duty manager support. You will be a key player in the ongoing improvement and development of our alcohol treatment pathway, liaising with detox facilities as well as our internal alcohol nursing team. As well as supporting staff you will be responsible for your teams performace and will work with senior manager to increase successful outcome for service users.
