CGL Birmingham are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of Recovery Coordinators in our Central & West Hub.
As a Team Leader within the Birmingham service, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leading and supporting others to create an environment which fosters hope, empowerment and opportunities, and supporting service users to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for the line management of a team of Recovery Coordinators alongside operational delivery of the services.
