Support Worker – Delphi

As a Support Worker within Delphi’s HMP Wymott in Leyland, you will work closely with Offenders offering Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service to support their Substance misuse.

Your role will involve Assessments and support of clients who are wanting to address their substance misuse. You will work closely with the Recovery Practitioners and the whole DARS team. This is a really exciting and rewarding role where you’ll be able to positively impact people’s future, improving their prospects and their quality of life.

As a Support Worker you will need to be able to work independently and within a team, within prison environment. Ensuring to deliver the best possible outcomes for those our care.
