Based in Lewisham and Croydon we are looking for a Support Worker who have the desired skills and experience to support men and women after release from Custody whilst on supervision licence or serving community sentences.

This role will be a Fixed Term Contract covering the next 9 months with the possibility of extension.

The purpose of the Activity Hubs will be to assist participants not to re-offend, alongside the key aim of European Social Fund (ESF) to move individuals closer to the labour market. The Hubs will provide safe and supportive spaces, offering a range of interventions and activities that aim to engage harder to reach individuals, particularly those who face multiple barriers to employment and would benefit from further provision accessed on a voluntary basis.
