Description
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed nurse to join the clinical team, with a focus on the development and ongoing delivery of clinical health and wellbeing interventions.
This role will be based in our Crewe Office but will include travel to our Macclesfield Office for 2 days per week.
The Substance Misuse Nurse will focus on improving the health of service users through health assessments, nurse alcohol assessments, blood borne virus screening, and vaccinations, supporting the safe provision of opiate replacement therapy, and the facilitation of community alcohol detoxification. Alongside a focus on improvements in the health of service users, the successful applicant will also be a resource to colleagues who support service users with complex additional needs.
