Do you have ability to lead a team in a unique environment? 

We are looking for a proven manager that can demonstrate the required skills to lead our therapeutic delivery in Liverpool.

You will be working for an organisation whose work reverberates through families and communities.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the SHARP programme and all the commissioned and funded therapeutic services that operate from the Brink building. You will be reporting on the successes of the service and developing plans to drive the service forward.

You will be:

• Contribute to solving strategic challenges to continually develop the service and to meet Forward Trust’s business plan
• Line managing Team Leaders and Lead Practitioners within your Service.
• Developing and advancing relationships with all stakeholders and partners
• Producing performance reports for commissioners and attending contract meetings.
• You will be responsible for ensuring data accurately reflects output and is submitted within set deadlines which includes ensuring services are audit compliant.

This role is based across SHARP and the Brink which are a 10 minute walk apart.
