You will be based on site at HMP Downview, a diverse women’s training and resettlement prison.

You will lead the delivery of Forward Trusts substance misuse and recovery support services, line managing Team Leaders and practitioners within your service to deliver contractual business plan and service model whilst developing and advancing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.

You will be reporting on the successes of the service and be proactive in the delivery of service improvement plans and risk management.
