Senior Recovery Practitioner (Psychosocial Interventions Lead)

Are you a recovery practitioner looking for a new challenge and career development? This is an exciting opportunity in one of Via’s fully integrated flagship services. The Senior Recovery Practitioner will hold a smaller caseload of some of the service's most complex and vulnerable service users. Their complexities will include physical and mental health, homelessness and insecure housing, domestic violence and abuse, and isolation. Case management will involve providing regular, focussed support and advocacy, risk management, engaging and liaising with other services to provide wrap-around care, and assertively and creatively trying to re-engage individuals who are disengaging.
