Safeguarding Lead

As the safeguarding lead, you will be required to engage with frontline staff, parents/carers living in the borough who are involved in problematic drug and/or alcohol misuse to minimise the impact on their children.

The successful candidate will lead on our role in safeguarding vulnerable adults, working closely with key stakeholders including, MARAC and providers of women’s services.

You will be a key part of the management team, working with the service manager you will proactively engage your peers to support the frontline staff to develop excellent safeguarding practice throughout the service.
