Description
The Forward Trust are a social enterprise that empowers people to break the cycle of crime and addiction to move forward with their lives.
Reporting to the Director of Service Improvement you will lead and oversee the work of the Research, Evaluation and Intervention team.
The team plays a crucial role within the organisation, responsible for:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the services we deliver to our clients
- Developing outcome frameworks for measuring our impact
- Developing interventions for clients across the whole organisation (including Substance Misuse, Mental Health, Housing, Probation services).
- Delivery of the Forward Trust’s ambitious 5 year research strategy looking at long-term outcomes for clients.
