Description
We are currently looking for a highly capable and motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our Aspinden Care Home based in Bermondsey, South East London to help carry out the day to day running of a busy 25 bed residential service to people with complex needs and/or those with long term alcohol addiction.
The service has a national remit and has accommodation for 25 people, male and female, who may have complex or chronic physical or mental health care needs and require 24/7 care and support.
As a Registered General Nurse, you will work as part of the medical team to empower our patients to gain the best life chances during and after their stay at Aspinden Care Home by providing effective clinical support to service and non-clinical staff in order to achieve full contact and regulatory compliance, as well as working in conjunction with Care Coordinators and GP's to manage the clinical aspect of the physical and mental health of the residents.
This rewarding role will allow you to offer support and help motivate service users during their time with us. The role would work in partnership with our in-house psycho-social team to ensure that each individual is facilitated to undergo this integral part of their recovery journey in their own unique way to the best of their ability.
