Supporting our service users from point of entry into the service and through their recovery journey, helping with social re-integration and enabling them to lead purposeful and meaningful life.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Gloucestershire service for a Recovery Worker Prison Liaison, working across the County supporting people exiting prison to reintegrate into the community. The postholder will be responsible for assertively engaging our client group and supporting service users through the entry into service process which consists of completing assessments, case co-ordination and engaging collaboratively in recovery planning.
